Flexible support and high-quality offering
A strong partnership starts with shared values. That’s certainly the case for Indetex, wholesaler of curtain fabrics, and Tendacor, specialist in window decoration and sun protection. Both companies are known for their quality, outstanding service, and solution-oriented approach. “Indetex thinks proactively and always stays on top of trends,” confirms Tendacor founder Christophe Goussaert.
Based in Ledegem, Tendacor built a strong reputation over the past fifteen years as a made-to-measure expert in curtains and sun blinds, serving both residential and professional markets. The client base includes contractors, architects, interior designers, and private individuals. From the start in 2010, Christophe opted not to set up his own workshop.
“Our business model allows us to offer a high-quality range at a fair price,” he explains. “We’ve built a reliable network of partners and suppliers who help us deliver on that promise. Indetex has been involved from day one.” Christophe already knew the Moeskroen-based wholesaler and trusted its capabilities.
Since 1977, Indetex has built a strong name as a distributor of premium linings and has specialised in fire-retardant, acoustic, and antibacterial fabrics. The use of recycled materials is also gaining ground. “We closely monitor trends and respond to client needs,” says account manager Laurent Notebaert. “In addition to linings and project fabrics, we also offer Casa Monti—a collection of refined decorative curtain fabrics.”
High-end look, reliable service
For Tendacor, Indetex’s consistent range is a major strength. Christophe: “We position ourselves as a technical partner and always look for the best solution for our customers. Indetex completes that picture with its broad offering, large stock, high-end feel, and competitive pricing. When needed, their team helps us select materials so we can meet timing and budget expectations—crucial in sectors like hospitality or healthcare where specific standards apply.”
Laurent adds: “We stand out thanks to a strong price-quality ratio and excellent service. With over one million metres of fabric in stock, we respond fast and ship every order within 24 hours. Every client has a dedicated contact and access to real-time stock data, allowing them to choose the right fabric for their project.”
Keeping up with the market
Indetex’s short supply chain and sales support are added value. “We buy directly from various weaving mills around the world and redistribute across Europe,” Laurent says. “That network continues to grow, strengthening our offer.”
For Christophe, that hands-on approach makes all the difference: “Indetex evolves with the market. Look at the shift in office design since the pandemic—companies want a homely feel at work. You achieve that with the right curtains: for decor, zoning, privacy, and acoustics. And once again, Indetex has the right solution.”
