Oeko-Tex® 100 is an independent organisation comprised of 18 independent research and testing laboratories in Europe and Japan.
Oeko-Tex® 100 lists the harmful substances on which decorative fabrics are tested. Certain limit values have been established for each harmful substance and, depending on the result, the fabric will be assigned to a certain class. Class 4 is considered OK for decorative fabrics. Fabrics with Class 4. Oeko-Tex® 100 certification are deemed to be free of substances harmful to humans and nature.
